Project Description
The Hathaway project is the restoration of the historic Hathaway Shirt Factory Building in Waterville, Maine. The project consists of renovations of 220,000 square feet of space spread over five floors plus a full basement. The space when completed will have sixty-six units of residential space plus three floors of office, retail and commercial space.
